Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Please ensure that you place your order on the appropriate web site. If we do not have a specific web site for the country where you live then please place your order on the UK web site.

PLEASE NOTE that all prices shown on this web site are in US dollars. All orders placed on this web site will be processed in US dollars.

Shipping And Handling We operate an efficient mail order department. Orders are normally delivered to your doorstep within 10-15 working days. International orders are usually delivered within 15-20 working days. Please note that all orders over $450 in value will be sent via Federal Express.

Delivery Schedule USA orders are normally delivered to your doorstep within 10-15 working days. International orders are usually delivered within 20 working days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' option.

Returns Policy If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused and undamaged goods to us within 7 working days after the day on which the goods are received. Please understand that a 20% restocking fee will be applied as we often cannot resell any returned products. Please return the goods to us at the address printed on your invoice. Also, please provide us with written details of why you are not happy with your goods. You will be refunded for the cost of the goods. This refund will not include postage costs. Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned item(s). This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Other Returns: Replacements or refunds will be given if the goods are found not to be of merchantable quality. You will also be re-imbursed for postal costs incurred in returning these items to Skin Culture. Please contact Skin Culture and obtain a returns authorisation number before returning any goods to us. Please return the goods to our address as printed on your invoice, with a short note explaining the reason why the goods are being returned. Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned item(s). This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Remittance Terms The preferred method of payment is credit card. Please give details of cardholder's name and address, card number & card expiry date. You can also pay by Check, Money Order or International Money Order made payable to Skin Culture.
