We hope your shopping experience with us will be enjoyable and simple. All you need to do to place your order is find the item you wish to purchase, click on the 'more' button under the price of the item. This will take you to another page. You then click on “add” to the shopping bag link on this page.  You can then confirm your order and complete the payment process on our secure web pages.

Once you have placed your order, we will send to you an email acknowledgement providing you with your order number, details, value of your order and our contact details.

When you order with us we create a new customer profile, we ask for your name, mailing address, and e-mail address. When you place an order through our On-line Store, we ask for your credit card number and card expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfil your order and to notify you of your order status. Once an on-line order has been confirmed, credit card information is not re-used.

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Skin Culture does not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' option.
